I really don't know how I do it,

But both my IC and my drivers license have gone missing!!!! WTH?

I lost my IC since after SPM lol and I didn't even realize my license was missing until two nights ago when I was going MOS for revs birthday and I needed some identification since my IC is gone LOL. Ended up having to use my student card!

Omg la, I swear I'm going to be more careful in the future :(

on the bright side, I get to have a knockout drivers license with fake lashes on! HAHA I'll try to get it done by this week. I've been driving around illegally for months now and I didn't even know it.

I'll just update on a few of the more important / interesting stuff thats happened recently :

1) SPM results!

I got 10 A's :DDDD seriously couldn't believe it!! I thought my Physics given to God already LOL. But I managed to scrape an A-, THANK GOD :D

results aren't good enough to apply for JPA, but I'm totally satisfied. HEHE!

Ohhh, the funniest thing is when the parents brought me and Bel out for dinner to celebrate for our results, we met Bryan and his family in the same restaurant. LOL! we got the same results, and end up celebrating in the same restaurant.

2) Turned 18!

Had a roller skating party with my high school besties :D pictures are all on facebook! So I won't elaborate much. Had a great time despite Laavanya falling down and splitting her lip and bleeding all over the floor.. HAHAHAHA :D

On the actual day of my birthday, Bryan took me out for dinner! And after I got back from dinner with him I went out with my family for super late dinner. So I had two dinners. AHHHH heaven!!!

heyy guys!

I'm soo so sorry for the lack of updates! College got really crazy for a bit, with tests and all. At least I had fun today during break, was talking to Ashley and Mei Hwa about facials, various methods of hair removal and makeup! LOL

By the way I only got 12/25 for my first law test.. FAIL lol. But I'm not too upset about it because I didn't even finish the test! I just started writing the main points of my essay after my introduction and I had to hand it up, ooooof. Still waiting for the results of my second test!

ANYWAY!

The camera had some problems so I popped over to Empire after college and got it fixed. So yayy now I can blog with pictures! :D

The movie was one of those typical quiet English movies full of quiet civilised conversations. Although it did get damn funny when he started cursing to stop stuttering, haha! And it was quite touching too :') Overall I enjoyed the movie. I mean, I love the classics! Jane Austen is one of my favourite authors :P

Thank you daddy for always fetching me around and paying for my makeup, my online shopping(although you don't know it because I usually sneak the money :P), my college fees and basically for every expense you've covered in order to raise me. You could probably be a millionaire if you didn't have so many daughters lol.

I love you so much for being such a manja daddy. I suppose living with 5 women 24/7 and hearing how we PMS, and seeing how we cuddle and snuggle and coddle the dogs has left a bit of an effect on you because I have never met another daddy who still insists on holding my hand when we go out! Sometimes I feel a bit awkard cos I'm such a big girl already and I still need my daddy to hold my hand across the road LOL but screw that! I'll hold your hand as long as you're around, even when you're wheelchair bound (touch wood daikatleisee) and one day you'll be the one to hold my hand as I walk down the aisle. :)

I had a pretty great, relaxing one! Went down to my kampung in Rembau (that's in Seremban in case your geography sucks like mine) on the first day of CNY!

And I got to meet my baby niece, Alyssa for the first time!! She turned 2 months old on the very day! :D

Reunion Dinner 2011

Well the title of my post says it all. Had reunion dinner with my dads side of the family on the 1st of January because daddy didn't make any bookings beforehand, and we couldn't find any available restaurants for the 2nd! All fully booked! So we had ours on the 1st at Lemon Garden Cafe in Shangri-La hotel. :D

We had a buffet style dinner. OMG. IT. WAS. AWESOMEEEEEE!! I can't let words do it justice. Shall show you pictures of the food!!

Sky Bar has a pretty cool setting. They had several pools there! So pretty. But I hated that it was so freaking dark in there, that the camera flash couldn't even be used. We actually had to shine our phone light ONTO the camera before it could be used! Nevertheless..

I haven't been blogging much this week. Sorry :( it's just that generally when I blog, I like to make sure I put in some pictures to spice the post up. But quite obviously I can't bring my camera to college!

I'm pretty happy because I'm starting to get closer to my classmates! I'll admit I was pretty worried when I first walked into my new class. Not a SINGLE person from SU was in my class! However all my classmates were new to each other as well, and there weren't any cliques or anything like that. In the end? Everyone is able to make friends with everyone else :)

SO glad college is a place where you won't meet useless bums who couldn't give a crap about their education, or bums that just try to make trouble and stuff. Education ain't free anymore so everyone really makes an effort!

My classmates actually made a facebook group and now we can all communicate about class outings, or even homework there :D such a good idea!

Just before the clock struck 12, we all squaashed into the back door lane while Sarah pretended to be passing him a birthday present. When she opened the door, BOOM we all shouted SURPRISE! LOL.

Well it was a successful surprise I suppose, he might have suspected something since we were all so mia beforehand, but I doubt he actually thought we would be there :)

EXHAUSTING.

and this is only the first semester! arghh. I fell asleep during my thinking skills class the other day, I couldn't help it T_T soo tired. After that when I was walking to Pyramid with Zhiying and Muna, we passed my thinking skills teacher on the Canopy Walk. He smiled when he saw me and said, :"Well it's nice to see you're awake!" OMGGG HAHA I feel awful!

Friday after classes, Bryan came over. Hadn't seem him since Monday so I was super happy :D well, things are going to be harder when we're in different colleges and I'll just have to get used to that. We went to Italiannies for dinner with the pakatan to celebrate Joyi and Huey Yann's 18th :) I looked super ugly after a long day though, didn't take many pictures.

My first embarrassing college experience

I always seem to be able to find some way or other to embarrass myself!!!!

ANYWAY, my classes officially started today. It was mostly introductions and stuff, my economics teacher seems pretty funny :D ALL my lecturers are male! 2 chinese and 2 indians. LOL.

I'm just gonna share a very embarrassing experience I had today >=(

Anyone who knows me well know that I have a very very hopeless sense of direction and I have a tendency to get lost.

While switching classes from Thinking Skills to Econs, I actually got really lost LOL

This is how it went. On our timetables we were told to go to a certain classroom for our Econs class. When a group of us reached the class there was a notice on the door telling us to go to another Auditorium for our class instead. So okay, we went.

Upon reaching the auditorium everyone was lining up outside because the auditorium was occupied. Waited for a while, and I really needed to pee so I popped into the toilet since it was right next to the auditorium. WHEN I CAME OUT, EVERYONE WAS GONE!!!!

Of course I automatically assumed that everyone had already entered the auditorium, so without stopping to check I opened the door and went in. For some reason, when I walked in everyone smiled at me in amusement and said "HI!" at this point, I thought everyone was being really friendly so I went "Oh..Hi!" back and proceeded to climb the auditorium stairs.

Suddenly this dude who was sitting at the side turned to me and said :"Erm, what are you doing here?"
"Isn't this Econs?" "No, it's Malaysian Studies".

At this point suddenly I hear a girl from the first row say "MICHELLE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" and I turn around and see Xin Rou, who by the way is my senior and past Leo president FML FML FML

I immediately turned around, apologised and walked out. By this point the whole class was laughing and a few guys were screaming :"Nooo, don't go!" and "Please stay!" OOOMG so embarrassing :(

My only consolation is that I don't think I was the only person who mistakenly walked into their room D:

Anyway, there are international students in some of my classes which I found really cool! During Maths in particular, they were asked to introduce themselves, and two of my classmates who are from the same country introduced themselves and stated which country they were from but what I heard them both saying was :"I'm malgiewhgoewgiw" and "I'm geowgobeguwb" and the country I heard was czegugwegobweogb I dunno what. LOL. I'm not making fun of anyone or any country fyi, just being ignorant and not knowing enough of the world to know countries in Central Asia. Shall try to find out their names and the correct pronunciation tomorrow! :D

Since my classes ended at 2pm I went over to Pyramid from the Canopy Walk and met up with Sarah and Laa <3 Laa got her nose pierced! She chickened so bad okay LOL she kept pushing the woman away HAHAHAHA and in the end I had to clutch her hands still while Mabel grabbed her head still so that she couldn't wriggle. HAHA damn stupid the poor woman was so damn patient!

Had my college orientation today! It was soooo tiring. For those of you who aren't aware, I'm doing A Levels in Sunway. I knew I wanted to go there since I was form 4, when I organized my first leo event there :D Chose to take Maths, Economics and Law! Should have just gone to art stream in secondary la wasted my time studying so hard for my science subjects!

ANYWAY if any form fives are reading this....... STUDY HARD FOR YOUR TRIALS and make sure you're active in your koku! I was very fortunate cos thanks to my work in Leo and my above average trial results I got a scholarship worth RM8000 from Sunway! I got offered a RM13000 scholarship from HELP too because of my involvement in Leo. SO YES, koku does play a big big part in your future, don't let people deceive you and tell you it doesn't!

Still there's nothing better after a long tiring day in a new environment than to come home and spend some time with the boyfriend :) ily!

Brought Aki and Saori (another japanese Youth Exchange) down to KL with my sister, her friends and Sher Mun yesterday! Had a surprisingly fun day, I think I must have walked 3kg off :D

We parked in Carrefour and took the LRT down, transit at KL Sentral. Went to Central Market, Petaling Street, and of course we stopped at KLCC so that they could take some pictures of the twin towers!

Bryan couldn't make it but he dropped by early in the morning so that we could spend some time together. His dad was supposed to drop him around 7 30 but he overslept LOL piggy. Picked him up instead around 8! Thanks for waking up so early dear <3 everyone would agree that you sleep like a log

Walao, thank God we had Wyman seriously. He didn't just serve as our tour guide around KL.. he bargained like some dai lou for all of us LOL. Sher Mun and I both got nerd specs!

Spent SUPER long in Petaling Street omg. The boys bought the most la seriously! It started drizzling so we hurried along to KL Sentral, and off we went to KLCC!

When we reached KLCC, it was raining so heavily we couldn't go outside to take pictures! Omg man we had to wait soo long for the rain to stop. In the end we shopped a bit and took our dinner first before we could finally head outside. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise though, cos we were able to take pictures of the twin towers all lighted up! SO PRETTY I'm actually proud of Malaysia for once :')

FINALLY took loads of pictures and had another long walk back, switching trains and all. Reached Subang around 10. 30 p.m, everyone was exhausted!

While we were walking back to the train station from Central Market, this random woman who was walking alone came up to our group and started talking to Yuhan. Damn weird lol! But I think she was scared cos she didn't want to walk alone at night. She seemed very very grateful though, she walked with us to the train station and after that while waiting for the train, we saw her waiting at the opposite side since she was heading to Rawang. She started waving like crazy an even went :" HEY! HELLO! " LOL. We all waved back but I bet all the people waiting around us thought she was crazy HAHA

That's all bout KL! Been having sooo soo many days out, I'm really exhausted not to mention damn freaking broke. Bryan wanted us to go out to this nice Western restaurant for lunch today but honestly I'm too broke la lol. We decided to go to the drive through, and I downloaded Narnia and we played in on my TV! It was super clear too.

SUPER proud of myself man, drove to SS15 for the first time! HAHA I got my license in September, but honestly I'm such a bad driver I don't dare to go out much. Bryan is a very very good teacher though, because he's so calm and he explains everything to me properly. Got there and back smoothly WOOO!

Overall, I had a very nice relaxing day at home :) Just what I needed since college orientation is on Monday. Aki is up in Genting for a youth camp so I have a little time to myself to relax!

To a new year

hello world :)

I've decided to try my hand in blogging once again!

I was really keen on reviving my blog since last year, but I really didn't have the time nor the drive to do so. Since I'm a college student now and I'll have a lot more free time on my hands (hopefully) I thought : Why not? Maybe I could try earning some extra cash through blogging too, HEHE :p

ANYWAY! It's the 3rd of Jan 2011. A lot of people have been summing up 2010 in their blogs. I shall start by doing the same!

2010 was a year of growth for me.. I had the worst experiences of my life but I grew all the more for it.I'm just going to sum up memorable experiences that best described my year.

1) Got back together AND broke up with Bryan for the third time.

We worked together during the school holidays in 2009 but we were just friends, although we did get closer. Started to get closer to him in February and we got together very quickly without even thinking about what we were doing. Our whole relationship was pretty much a shambles. We didn't learn anything from our past experiences together, and fought too much to last. Broke up in June after 3 months + of fights.

2) Served my time as the Leo president of SMKSU.

VERY, very tiring job. It's exhausting to have to consistently motivate and encourage people to have high spirits and to give back to the community, especially so when you feel so disheartened and tired yourself. But I pushed on, and I learnt so so much :)

Conducted meetings, made speeches to large crowds, organised projects, oversaw every last detail of everything that people planned and most of all, ran around bossing people around and worrying about every small thing. LOL. By far one of my proudest and greatest achievements. It's been an honour to serve with this people. :)

3) Became the first ever Alpha Leo to serve as an FOCC.

Receiving the "Outstanding President" award.

In more simple words, became the youngest Leo in history to organize the Leo Forum. It was held in Ipoh and we had 1099 delegates. Started to conduct meetings and plan every last detail for forum since November 2009 until June 2010. It was tricky enough that I'm based in Selangor and I have to plan an event to be held in Ipoh, but I also had to learn how to deal with older working people, mostly in their late 20's who have high expectations of you and expect you to behave like a professional and not like a student. There was no allowances for you to screw up, no safety net for you to hide beneath. It was a real (bitter) taste of the real world as an adult and what was out there.

Faced judgements from all sides, claiming that I wasn't worthy of holding this title and post because I'm so young. They forget that age is just a number and that it doesn't define a persons ability to accomplish something :) I had a LOT of backup and help from Lion Alan. (a LOT of scolding also :P) but at the end of the day, we pulled the whole event off without any mishaps.

If I'll be honest, organizing Forum was hell and if I were given the choice I would not want to go through it again. Glad it's all over *phew!

4) Got back together with Bryan <3

5) Studied like a nutter and sat for my SPM!

EXHAUSTING. God I'm glad thats over! Whoever claimed that SPM is a piece of cake and that "It's just SPM!" are probably the people who scored a maximum of 5A's without studying much. They might be content with that, but I'm not. I think those who are aiming for 9A's and above will tell you a very different tale.

6) GOT EYELASH EXTENSIONS!

For the first time. It's actually dead itchy and sometimes I feel like ripping them out. But I photograph SOOO much better now, and I don't need to apply much makeup at all to look finished! I LOVE IT :)

7) Spent tons of quality time with the "pakatan".

Basically, the pakatan is my group of besties :) We call our group the pakatan because of this facebook thread that was named pakatan terakhir, where we would exchange tips for SPM. In the end we continued to use the pakatan thread to chat everyday and make plans to go out together. SUPER convenient and a great way to keep in touch so that no one gets left out.

We've been out a lot together after SPM! been trying to spend as much time as we possibly can together before we go our separate ways in college :(

8) Hosted a japanese girl for the second time!

Actually, I'm still hosting her. Her name is Aki and she's been staying in my house since the 20th of December and she will be here until the 9th of January :)

Of course, my guy friends are drooling over her and they simply CANNOT find a fault with her :D I'm really fond of her myself! She's really sweet and adorable.

9) Attended my high school prom with Bryan.

Pre prom preparations were really weird because I got ready alone, seeing as Mabel, Rev and Laa were all overseas. But I had a great time with my friends, with my boyfriend as my date <3

I actually got a little emotional during the slow dance. It just struck me that despite every single piece of crap we've had to deal with, all the drama we've gone through throughout the years, you still wound up as my high school prom date :) I guess not many people could say that their first kiss was also their prom date hey? :D

10) Was a bridesmaid for my cousins wedding!

My first time as a bridesmaid along with my darling twin Mabel :) Travelled down to Penang and had a LOT of fun!

11) Graduated from high school.

The best years of my life (so far). There is never a better time for us to grow, to make mistakes and to learn from them than during these few years. I'm sure there will be more to come. I'll cherish every last bad and good memory of high school for the rest of my life.

In conclusion, 2010 was a year of mistakes. But yet, I can't call all the things I did wrong as a mistake either.

A wrongdoing is never a mistake unless you don't learn anything from it.
